By using Radiation Oncology AI Network, you agree to use the platform lawfully, professionally and in a manner consistent with research and clinical-community standards.
Professional and educational use
Content is provided for education, research discussion and professional collaboration. It is not a substitute for independent clinical judgment, institutional policy, regulatory requirements or patient-specific medical advice.
No-PHI and patient-privacy rule
Radiation Oncology AI Network is a professional research, education and collaboration platform. Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or identifiable patient information. The platform is not intended for storing or transmitting patient medical records or providing individual medical care.
Do not post or transmit patient records, identifiable medical images or DICOM data, case notes, treatment records, raw identifiable patient datasets, patient contact information or other data that identifies or could reasonably identify an individual patient. Do not send such information to the Network by email.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for de-identifying research information before submission and for complying with their institution’s privacy, security, ethics, research-governance and legal requirements. Do not post confidential patient data, unlawfully obtained material, malicious code, spam, harassment, impersonation, copyright-infringing material or content that violates applicable law or professional obligations.
Research and third-party links
Links to papers, registries, tools, organizations and external sites are provided for convenience. Inclusion does not constitute endorsement, certification or validation by Radiation Oncology AI Network.
Accounts and moderation
When community accounts open, Radiation Oncology AI Network may moderate, limit, suspend or remove content or access to protect users, platform integrity and compliance obligations.
Intellectual property
Users remain responsible for ensuring they have rights to material they submit. Radiation Oncology AI Network branding and original site content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
No warranties
The platform is provided on an “as available” basis. Information may be incomplete, outdated or contain errors, and availability is not guaranteed.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform and applicable requirements evolve.
